Landscape Tenders and Construction Supervision

Austen Associates are pleased to provide specifications for the construction of landscape infrastructure including hard and soft landscape schemes

We provide full contract documentation to enable the tendering and construction of all our landscape designs including:

  • selection of Form of Contract
  • planting supply and planting specifications to European nursery stock standards
  • hard landscape specifications for all types of hard landscape features, such as, paving, paths, walls, water features, structures and so forth
  • production of landscape bills and schedules of quantity
  • issue to tender, analysis of tenders and recommendation of contractor
    supervision of the landscape works
  • provision of PSDP service
  • inspection and certification of completed works

Tim Austen has presented seminars on landscape project management for the Garden and Landscape Design Association.
